Tou Xiong is an attorney at Bradley Law, LLC. He brings vast experience in local and state government as a former city elected official and a current member of the Minnesota state legislature. He works on a wide range of legal services that Bradley Law, LLC offers, such as Telecommunications law, Municipal Law, Cable Law, Estates and Probate, and much more.

Michael Athay specializes in telecommunications and information technology law.  He joined Bradley Law, LLC in February, 2018 after more than 20 years practice in the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where he was Chief Deputy City Solicitor leading the Department’s 17 attorney Commercial Law Unit. 

Adrian E. Herbst is a retired Partner of Bradley Law, LLC. Adrian has over 30 years of experience in municipal and governmental work. As a past municipal official, including city attorney, he has a broad base knowledge of city government and the operations of city government as well as coordination and work with the various personnel within city government offices.

Leslie Saporito is a former Partner with Bradley Law, LLC. Sadly, Leslie lost her battle with cancer in 2017. Prior to her passing, she worked with her father, Adrian Herbst, and her colleagues, Mike Bradley and Kristin Berkland, on telecommunications issues. Leslie was a great attorney and dear friend and she is greatly missed here at our firm.
